Salsabeel, Kenan & Jude
Salsabeel & Family
Salsabeel is a mother doing everything she can to keep her family alive in Gaza.
She is raising two young children, Jude and Kenan, under conditions no child should ever know. Jude has been stripped of his most basic rights—education, stability, and adequate nutrition. Kenan suffers from poor eyesight and strabismus and urgently needs surgery to save what remains of his vision.
Salsabeel’s life was forever changed when she lost her third child, Mohammed, to severe malnutrition. This loss is unimaginable. It is a wound that will never fully heal.
The destruction did not stop there. Her family has lost their home, their safety, and any sense of normal life. Her elderly parents are also with her, both living with chronic illnesses and in urgent need of food, medicine, and basic care.
This fundraiser exists to meet immediate survival needs: food, medical treatment, and essential support for Salsabeel and her family during this ongoing emergency.
All donations go directly to Salsabeel and her family. I am organizing and sharing this campaign on her behalf to help them survive.
Salsabeel is asking for compassion—for help to keep her children alive and to care for her parents.
In order for their family to eat they need at least $60 a day or $400 a week.
Thank you for standing with her. Thank you for your solidarity.
Amira & Family
Amira (28)
"I am Amira, 28 years old, a mother of two young children whose only sin is that they were born into this life amidst so much pain. My daughter, Mira, is four years old, dreams of a small toy and a loss of security. My son, Waseem, is only two months old. I hold him in my arms and try to hide the cruelty of life from him.
My husband is injured and unable to work, and I have no choice but to pray and ask for help from compassionate people.
My house is overflowing with needs, and my children are in dire need of what they need to survive. I appeal to everyone with the ability to extend a helping hand. Even a little help can mean a lot; it might feed a child or warm a shivering little body.
Help me for Mira and Waseem. Help me see their smiles again."
